Methodology
Being a creative professional requires a certain discipline that may not be evident in the final product. When you work with me, be assured that each project entails an extensive investigative phase that informs both design inspiration and business direction. My clients recieve:
- Formal or informal questionnaire to establish business goals
- Design/ development inspiration analysis
- Proposed design initiatives based on project
- Project scoping document
- Implementation roll-out plan
As part of my normal service, you can expect scheduled status reports detailing:
- Project definition
- Defined goals
- Proposed methods for achieving goals
- Service breakdown by task
- Payment schedule
- Project schedule containing milestone dates
Communication
At all times, I remain accessible to my clients via telephone and email. It is my intention that a client never be uncomfortable or unsure about a design decision or business practice being implemented. I welcome collaborative relationships with my customers because it’s a sure way to guarantee the service I’m providing them is what they’re expecting to receive.
Changes
Design is a creative process. Finding the right solution for your project often requires adjustments or refinements to the original vision. It is imperative the client raise issues or state concerns during the planning phases of any project. Once a design is implemented, additional costs can be incurred for changes.
Securing Work
Open communication is the only way to successfully manage a client relationship. To that end, I adhere to a structured process protecting the interests of all parties.
